La Noche en Blanco Estepona 2024: a magical evening of dreams and culture

Estepona la noche en blanco

On Saturday, June 1st, Estepona turns into a cultural playground. From 20:00 onwards, the city brings people together to enjoy music, art and surprises under the stars. This year’s theme? Dreams.

Diana Navarro live on stage

The highlight of the evening is a free concert by Diana Navarro. At 23:00, she takes the stage at Plaza del Ajedrez. Known for her powerful voice, she blends traditional Spanish copla with modern sounds. Expect a moving tribute to Doña Concha Piquer with both iconic and lesser-known songs.

Museums open late and free of charge

From 20:00 to 00:00, all city museums welcome visitors for free. Stroll through the Archaeological Museum with expert Ildefonso Navarro. Dive into local traditions at the Ethnographic, Bullfighting and Paleontological museums. At Casa de Las Tejerinas, enjoy the art exhibit Landscapes by Paloma Ripollés and a charity photo exhibition by Antonio Montes.

A night out for the whole family

The fun kicks off for kids at 20:00 at the Children’s Library in Centro Cultural Padre Manuel. Storyteller Valeria Kilesova brings "Dreaming with Stories" to life. There's also a walking tour along Estepona’s famous murals, starting at the Orquidario entrance.

Music, drums and rhythm in the streets

At Plaza García Caparrós, things get moving with the batucada group ‘Oblo Eleguá’. Their parade heads down Avenida de España. At the same time, the Estepona Municipal Band performs “Music to dream by” at Plaza del Reloj, directed by José Antonio López Camacho.

Surprises, shows and sweet treats

At 21:00, Radio Televisión Estepona hits the streets to ask: “What’s your dream?” The most original answer wins dinner for two at Mercado de Abastos. Over at Plaza Antonia Guerrero, treat yourself to a tasting of delicious petisús while illusionist Nebek performs his magic show Fantastic Dreams.

Concerts, film and visual magic

At 22:00, there’s something for every taste:

  • A children’s movie screening at Parque Botánico Orquidario

  • A violin concert Dreams of Light by Elena Estoica with Fundación García Fajer

  • A stunning visual performance Onírico by Black Sheep Producciones at Plaza García Caparrós

  • A vocal concert At the Bed by Nieves Arilla & Santiago Latorre at Centro Cultural Mirador del Carmen
