Located in the Gran Meliá Sancti Petri hotel in Chiclana de la Frontera, this restaurant is a serene oasis with a minimalist and nautical-inspired interior. Ángel León, the man behind the magic

Chef Ángel León, also known as “the chef of the sea,” is internationally renowned for his innovative dishes using ingredients from the underwater world. Alevante is his gastronomic outpost alongside the famous Aponiente in El Puerto de Santa María. Here, he shows that fish, plankton, and seagrass can be much more than supporting acts.
